Chair Yoga (Minneapolis, Minnesota)
In this six-week class, learn gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation while seated in a chair or using a chair for balance and support. Classes are on Thursdays from 4 to 5 p.m., starting October 23 (no class November 27).
Cost for the entire series is $89. Allina Hospitals & Clinics employees receive a 15 percent discount.
