Fresh Air North - FAN Club
The purpose of FAN Club is to continue the motivation toward better health practices while dealing with lung disease, as well as to foster support and friendship between group members. The sessions incorporate topics and speakers selected by the group, with time for socialization and refreshments.
Please no fragrances, perfumes, colognes.
