Supervised by an exercise specialist and registered nurse from Unity Hospital's Bariatric and Weight Loss Center, participants can use exercise equipment (walking track, treadmills, upright and recumbent bikes, rowing machines, elliptical trainers) and strength training equipment.
The bariatric exercise program is open to patients who have had weight loss surgery at Abbott Northwestern, United or Unity hospital and who are current with their bariatric follow-up appointments.
