LiveWell Fitness Center

The LiveWell Fitness Center supports your journey to optimal health by offering a full spectrum of programs and services to enhance your lifestyle.

Our staff of exercise physiologists, licensed nutrition experts and aftercare specialists can design an exercise and nutrition plan that will allow you to meet your personal health and fitness goals.

The LiveWell philosophy encourages everyone to seek their highest level of well-being every day.

Being healthy and fit is more than a trend or a passing fad. It does not happen by chance. It is a series of choices that becomes a way of living — choose to LiveWell.

Our goal is to develop an exercise program that enhances your overall health.

Our exercise services are ideal for those:

  • new to exercise
  • with a chronic condition
  • with injuries or disabilities
  • looking to advance in their current program
  • who need additional motivation

Staff

LiveWell Fitness Center has a team of exercise physiologists, physical therapists, registered dieticians and other fitness experts who will work with you to help you achieve your optimal health.

Gift Certrificates

Give the gift of health to a colleague, friend or loved one! LiveWell Gift Certificates are available in any amount and can be used towards programs, services or products. For more information, call 612-863-5178.

Body in Balance

Body in Balance is a program for core strength, posture and balance. Improving these can help with overall health and looking and feeling better.


Take Action Weight Management Program (Group and one-to-one programs)

Do you want to lose weight and keep it off? The twelve-week Take Action Weight Management Program offers two ways to do this - as a group or in a personal setting with the one-to-one program.


Motivation Program

Do you find it hard to make lifestyle changes? In this 90-minute session, you will complete the Motivation ProfileŽ and discuss your results with a wellness coach. This profile will help you discover what motivates you and how to use that to your advantage. If you are struggling to motivate yourself to make a lifestyle, career or relationship change, this is for you!
