Men's Group
Men will have the opportunity once a month to participate in a men's only support group. Come every week to participate in the whole series, or come once a month for the Men's group. Dates for the men's group this series are - June 9, July 14 & August 11

Compassionate Friend - St. Paul Chapter
The mission of The Compassionate Friend is to assist families in the positive resolution of grief following the death of a child of any age, and to provide information to help others be supportive. If you have had a child die at any age, from birth to adult, these meetings are for you. We are an international, nonprofit, self-help support organization with almost 600 chapters. There is no religious affiliation. Parents, grandparents, siblings (over age 12), extended family, and visitors are welcome.

When: The second Thursday of every month, 7 PM.
Where: St. Paul Chapter (serves St. Paul and surrounding suburbs) meets at Beaver Lake Lutheran Church, 2280 Stillwater Ave. Maplewood. Meetins are held in the multipurpose room.

Como Park

The Grief Journey
HealthPartners Hospice of the Lakes sponsors grief education and support for adults who have experienced similar losses and want to learn more about grief, loss and change. The four-week program occurs in the Como Park area every fall.

Healing Quilt
This 10-week program for parents and siblings alternates location with Children's Hospitals and Clinics - Minneapolis.

HealthEast Hospice & Children's Hospital
HealthEast Hospice & Children's Hospital are partnering this fall to offer a support series for people who have experienced a loss and want to share in this journey with others.

When: Tuesdays: September 23, October 7, 21, November 11, 25, and December 2.
A family holiday support evening (activity/craft focus) will be Monday, December 8.
HealthEast will offer an adult only session on Thursday, December 4.

Adult Loss Therapy Groups
The Center for Grief offers therapy groups designed to provide a safe and supportive setting for people to share their loss journey with others. These groups are facilitated by professional grief therapists and provide an opportunity for participants to explore the impact that the loss has had and continues to have on their lives.

Family Grief Support Retreat
This educational support retreat for children, teens, and their surviving parents is open to young families who have experienced the death loss of a parent. The retreat is offered annually in the fall and is co-sponsored by Allina Hospice, HealthEast Hospice, HealthPartners Hospice of the Lakes, North Hospice, and Methodist-Park Nicollet Hospice. Preregistration is required.
