Contractor Opportunities
Due to the high volume of inquiries regarding this project, we are asking organizations to complete a Hospital Project Inquiry form. These inquiries are sent directly to Hammes Company, who will be developing the concept and healthcare delivery approach for this project. They will review all inquiries as we move through the design and construction process.
Campus Operating Committee, Facility Development Committee and Hospital Steering Committee
Members from Owatonna Hospital, Allina Hospitals & Clinics, Owatonna Clinic and Mayo Health System provide oversight for the healthcare campus project. In addition, teams will be established from various hospital and clinic departments to provide input and recommendations on work flow, processes and design. Community forums and an online survey were held in September 2006 to gather input from the community to share their vision and priorities for the new hospital and health care campus in Owatonna.
Architect
Hammel, Green and Abrahamson, Inc. (HGA) Architects and Engineers will provide the architectural design for the new healthcare campus.
Construction Manager
Parsons is providing program and construction management services for the replacement hospital.
