From Eastbound on Highway 10
Merge on to Highway 15 and follow Highway 15 across the Mississippi River. Turn
right at the second set of stop lights (County Road 134, next to Hennen’s Furniture).
Go 1 block to Connecticut Avenue and take a right. Follow Connecticut Avenue for
1 block to Abbott NW Court. Take a right on Abbott NW Court. Abbott Northwestern's Sartell Outpatient Center is the second parking lot on the right.
From West-bound on Highway 23 or West-bound on Highway 10
If on Highway 10, exit on to Highway 23. Turn left on Highway 23 and follow through
town to Highway 15. Turn right on Highway 15 and follow to County Road 134 (next
to Hennen’s Furniture). Turn left on County Road 134. Go 1 block to Connecticut
Avenue and take a right. Follow Connecticut Avenue for 1 block to Abbott NW Court.
Take a right on Abbott NW Court. Abbott Northwestern's Sartell Outpatient Center is
at the second parking lot on the right.
From West-bound on I-94 or North-bound on Highway 15
If on I-94, exit on to Highway 15. Follow Highway 15 to County Road 134 (next
to Hennen’s Furniture). Turn left on County Road 134. Go 1 block to Connecticut
Avenue and take a right. Follow Connecticut Avenue for 1 block to Abbott NW Court.
Take a right on Abbott NW Court. Abbott Northwestern's Sartell Outpatient Center is
at the second parking lot on the right.
From East-bound on I-94 or East-bound on Highway 23
If on I-94, exit on to Highway 23. Follow Highway 23 to Highway 15. Turn left
on Highway 15 and continue to County Road 134 (next to Hennen’s Furniture). Turn
left on County Road 134. Go 1 block to Connecticut Avenue and take a right. Follow
Connecticut Avenue for 1 block to Abbott NW Court. Take a right on Abbott NW Court.
Turn into the second parking lot on the right to arrive at the Sartell Outpatient Center.
