The East Metro Diabetes Initiative
The East Metro Diabetes Initiative is the only community-based diabetes initiative in the Twin Cities area. It provides a uniform approach to the identification and treatment of diabetes and promotes quality care, decreases costs and reduces complications of diabetes.
Jesse Edwards Registry of Cardiovascular Disease
The Jesse Edwards Registry of Cardiovascular Disease is recognized worldwide as a center for heart disease research.
The Complementary Therapies Program
The Complementary Therapies Program at the Cancer Care Services at United is one of the first in the country to integrate complementary therapies into a hospital setting.
Nasseff Heart
The Nasseff Heart Center is exclusively dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. A $20.7 million initiative, it represents United Hospital's strategic response to demographic indicators and the needs of our patients and of the community we serve.
Nasseff Neuroscience Center
The Nasseff Neuroscience Center combines the expertise of specialists with best-of-care practices and state-of-the-art technology. The focus is on diagnosing, managing, treating neurological disorders and preventing disease including stroke and brain tumors.
The Lipschultz Center Guest Apartments
The Lipshultz Center Guest Apartments, linked to the hospital by tunnel, allows patients' family members to remain in the vicinity.
Milton M. Hurwitz ExerCare Fitness Center
The Milton M. Hurwitz ExerCare Fitness Center provides medically safe and effective exercise and education programs to patients, their families and the community.
Partners for Violence Prevention
Partners for Violence Prevention work in the West Seventh neighborhood of Saint Paul to prevent violence, reduce the incidence and impact of violence and improve the community and health care providers’ response to violence.
